What to do with Ma’s BBQ Shrimp:

  1. 1.Eat ‘Em!  Silly!

  2. 2.Great as Appetizers

  3. 3.Top off a fresh Salad

  4. 4.Or, my favorite, as Po-Boy with lettuce, tomato, a little aioli and some gruyere cheese.

Start with 1 - 2 lbs. of fresh shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Pour on a generous amount of Miss Red BBQ Dry Rub and shake around til good and coated.

Cook in a skillet with a couple tbls. of olive oil over medium heat.

It only takes a few minutes for those tales to curl up and you know their done.

These can easily be skewered and grilled for some impressive appetizers.
Tasty BBQ Pork Loin
1 1/2 lb.  Pork Tenderloin
1/2 cup  Apple Juice
1/4 cup  White Wine
1/2 stick  Butter
Miss Red BBQ Dry Rub to taste

Rub pork with Miss Red BBQ Dry Rub. Let sit at room temp. for 20 min.  Then sear on hot grill (or skillet) about 5 min. per side.  Make foil pouch with remaining ingredients and place tenderloin inside and seal pouch.  Bake at 350 for approx. 40 min.
